Ingredients:
- 1/3 c Flour
- 1 ts Paprika
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Thyme
- 1/4 c Margarine
- 3 lb Chicken cut up
Instructions:
Melt margarine in baking dish. Mix dry ingredients & roll chicken in it. Then dredge chicken in margarine. Place chicken on rack in baking dish skin side down. Bake 425F 30 minutes then turn chicken over & cook 15 minutes or until done. Recipe By : From: Date: 05/30
