Orange baked chicken breasts
Yield: 5 Servings
Ingredients:
- 5 Half chicken breasts -skinned
- 1/4 c Onion chopped
- 1/4 ts Dried rosemary crushed
- 1/2 ts Paprika
- 1/8 ts Pepper
- 2 tb Flour
- 2 c Orange juice
Instructions:
From Cooking a la Heart by Linda Hachfeld and Betsy Eykyn. Makes 5 portions Place chicken in shallow pan meat side up. Sprinkle onion rosemary paprika and pepper over chicken. Blend flour with orange juice and pour over chicken. Bake uncovered until done basting often with juice.
