Never fail wholewheat bread
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 13 c Wholewheat Flour
- 1/4 c Molasses
- 3 tb Salt
- 3 tb Vegetable oil
- 2 tb Dry yeast
- 2 ts Sugar
- 3 1/2 c Lukewarm water
Instructions:
Mix together flour molasses salt & oil. Proof yeast in 1 cup of lukewarm water. Let sit for 10 minutes. Add to flour mixture. Mix in the rest of the water a little at a time until the dough is firm & not too sticky. Turn out onto lightly floured board & knead for 15 minutes. Place in large lightly oiled bowl cover with damp cloth & let rise till doubled. Punch down dough. Divide into 3 & knead each piece for 3 minutes.
