Mustard beans
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 4 lb Green beans
- 3 c Sugar
- 1/2 c Flour
- 1/2 c Mustard
- 1 tb Celery Seed
- 1 tb Tumeric
- 3 c Wine vinegar
Instructions:
Wash and cut beans in pieces and boil in salted water until tender. Make a sauce of other ingredients by boiling until thick. Pour this over the beans mix well and bottle
