Mr. food's corn seafood salad
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 30 oz Whole kernel corn
- 1 md Green bell pepper diced
- 1 md Tomato diced
- 1 lb Cooked shrimp
Instructions:
peeled and - deveined or 2 cans - (6 ounces each) crabmeat 1/3 c Mayonnaise 1 tb Minced onion 1/2 ts Hot pepper sauce 1 ts Salt In a large bowl combine the corn bell pepper tomato and shrimp; mix well and set aside. In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients; mix well and add to the corn mixture tossing until well blended. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour or until NOTE: Serve on a bed of romaine lettuce and garnish with tomato slices pepper slices and onion rings.
