Maurice's spicy chicken wings

Yield: 10 Servings

Ingredients:

• 40 Chicken drumettes
• 3/4 c Soy sauce
• 2/3 c Honey
• 4 ts Vegetable oil
• 3 tb Dry mustard

Instructions:

Put drumettes into a plastic bag. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour into the bag. Close bag securely and shake until chicken is well coated. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place rack on top of baking sheet. Remove chicken from bag and place on the rack.
