Mandamin (corn -- sioux style)
Yield: 1 Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 c Corn
- 1/4 c Green bell pepper diced
- 1/4 c Mild red pepper diced
- 3 tb Oil
- 3 ea Shallots
Instructions:
chopped Salt & pepper Heat the oil & fry the peppers with the shallots for 3 minutes or so. Add the corn salt & pepper. Cook for a further 5 to 10 minutes at low heat & serve.
