Macroni squares

Yield: 8 Servings

Ingredients:

• 1 pk Macaroni & Cheese Mix
• 1/2 c Milk
• 1 c Soft bread crumbs
• 3 ea Eggs beaten
• 3 tb Green pepper chopped
• 2 tb Green onion chopped
• 1 tb Worcestershire sauce
• 1/8 ts Dry mustard
• 2 tb Chopped parsley MMMMM------------------------TOMATO SAUCE-----------------------------
• 2 cn Stewed tomatoes 14 oz.
• 1 ea Basil leaf
• 1/2 ts Oragano
• 1/8 ts Garlic powder
• 1 tb Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:

Prepare macaroni mix & stir in rest of ingredients except tomato sauce. Pour mixture into greased 8 in. square pan and bake in 350 F oven 30-40 minutes or until firm. Meanwhile prepare tomato sauce. Remove squares from oven & let set for 5 min. Cut in squares and serve with tomato sauce.
