Mace cake
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 c Butter (or 1/2 c. butter & -1/2 c. Crisco)
- 2 c Sugar
- 5 Eggs
- 2 c Sifted flour
- 1/2 c Milk or buttermilk
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1 ts Mace
- 2 ts Vanilla
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients and bake in a greased and floured bundt pan for one hour at 350 degree. Top with icing or serve plain.
