Laskateszta levesbe (soup noodles)
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Flour all-purpose
- 1 ea Eggs
- 1 pn Salt
- 3 qt Water
- 2 tb Salt
Instructions:
Knead a hard dough from flour egg and salt. Roll it out very thin and cut thin vermicelli noodles. Bring 3 qt water and 2 tablespoons salt to a boil. Cook noodles in rapidly boiling water for 3 minutes or until done. Drain and rinse with cold water.
