Honey-glazed chicken wings
Yield: 8 Appetizers M
Ingredients:
- 2 lb Chicken wings
- 1 c Honey
- 1/2 c Soy sauce
- 2 tb Sesame or vegetable oil
- 2 tb Fresh gingerroot; minced
- 2 tb Scallions; minced
- 2 tb Catsup
- 1 Clove garlic; minced
Instructions:
Cut off and discard wingtips; cut wings in half at joint. Place wing pieces in a 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish. Combine honey soy sauce oil fresh gingerroot scallions catsup and minced garlic in a small bowl; pour mixture over wing pieces turning to coat. Cover and chill 1 hour. Transfer wings to a lightly greased 15- x 10- x 1-inch jellyroll pan; bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 45 minutes turning once. Transfer to a serving platter. Yield 8 to 10 appetizer servings.
