Honeyed chicken
Yield: 5 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 ea Chicken
- 4 LB cut
- 1/2 ea Lemon
- 2 ts Ginger ground
- 1/3 c Peanut oil
- 1/4 c Honey
- 1 pn Salt
Instructions:
Rub the chicken pieces with lemon. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the ginger and salt. Combine oil honey and the remaining ginger. Brush chicken with honey mixture. Roast in oven (350 deg) 1 1/2 to 2 hours basting occasionally with the honey mixture.
