Herb-baked chicken
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 (2 1/2-lb) chicken
- 3 tb Oil
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/8 ts Black pepper
- 1/4 ts MSG (optional)
- 1/4 ts Ground oregano
- 1/4 ts Ground rosemary
- 1/4 ts Ground marjoram
Instructions:
Place chicken in baking dish. Brush with oil and sprinkle with salt pepper MSG oregano rosemary and marjoram. Bake at 450F 30 to 35 minutes.
