Grilled mustar turkey cutlets
Yield: 4 sweet ones
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Turkey breast cutlets; 1 ts Fresh lemon juice;
- 2 tb Dijon-style mustard; Pepper to taste;
- 2 tb Mayonnaise; no-cholesterol Paprika;
Instructions:
-reduced-calorie 2 tb Parsley; chopped and fresh Preheat broiler. Coat broiler with non-stick cooking spray. Rinse turkey and pat dry. Mix together mustard mayonnaise and lemon juice in a small bowl. Coat one side of turkey with half of mustard mixture. Broil about 4 inches from heat source 5 minutes. Turn and coat other side of turkey with mustard sauce and sprinkle with pepper and paprika. Broil 1 minute or until top is browned. Garnish with chopped parsley.
