Easy chicken burritos
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 4 Chicken breasts boiled
- 1 tb Chopped onion
- 1 1/2 c Salsa
- 1 c Sour cream
- 1 c Grated cheese
- 1 cn Cream of chicken soup
Instructions:
Salt and pepper to taste Burrito shells (8-12) Shred chicken breasts with forks. Mix chicken onion sour cream 1/2 cup salsa salt and pepper. Wrap in shells and lay in greased 13 x 9 pan. Mix remaining 1 cup salsa and soup together pour over shells. Top with cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 mins.
