Dorothy's oven bar-b-que chicken
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 md Chicken cut into pieces
- 1 md Onion
- 2 tb Oil
- 2 tb Vinegar
- 1/4 c Lemon juice
- 2 tb Brown sugar
- 1 c Catsup
- 3 tb Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tb Mustard prepared
- 1 c Water
Instructions:
Salt and Pepper Brown the chicken in the oil remove and brown the onion. Remove all but 2 tablespoons of the oil. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes. Place chicken in oven dish and pour sauce over chicken. Bake uncovered in slow oven (325%) for one hour. Sauce is also excellent for meat.
