Delmonico's deviled chicken
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3 lb Chicken in quarters/pieces
- 1 tb Mustard prepared
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1 c Bread crumbs freshly made
- 1 tb Butter softened
- 1 tb Vinegar
- 1/4 ts Cayenne
Instructions:
or to taste Prehead oven to 375f. Wipe the chicken with a paper towel. Mix the= butter mustard vinegar salt and cayenne and rub the mixture all over the skin side of the chicken.=14Place the chicken skin side up in a shallow= roasting pan. Sprinkle evenly with th crumbs and bake for about 40 minuts or= until meat thermometer rgisters 170f in the breast meat 185 in the dark meat.
