Curry soup mix

Instructions:

In large bowl combine all ingredients stirring until well blended. Store in an airtight container. To make soup bring 10 c water to boil in large stockpot over high heat; add soup mix. Cover and reduce heat to medium. Stirring occasionally simmer 20-25 minutes until rice is tender. Stir in 2 c shredded cooked chicken or cooked peeled shrimp; cook until heated through. Serve immediately. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator. This mix is a flavorful way to warm up on a cold winter's day.
