Cranberry chicken

Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:

• 3 lb Broiler or fryer chicken cut
• 1/2 c Seasoned flour
• 1/4 c Corn oil
• 1 ea Chopped onion
• 1/2 c Orange juice
• 1/4 c Lemon juice
• 2 c Whole cranberry sauce

Instructions:

Shake chicken pieces in a bag with seasoned flour. Heat oil in skillet saute chicken turning once to browwn. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
