Chicken cacciatore meatballs
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground chicken or turkey
- 1 c Seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tb Chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 ts Basil
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Pepper
- 2 tb Vegetable oil
- 1 Jar Chicken Tonight Cooking
Instructions:
-Sauce for Chicken Cacciatore Hot cooked spaghetti In a large bowl thoroughly combine ground chicken bread crumbs Parmesan cheese eggs parsley basil salt and pepper. Form into 1 1/2" meatballs. In a large skillet thoroughly brown meatballs on all sides in vegetable oil; drain fat. Add sauce. Simmer covered 20 to 25 minutes or until meatballs are thoroughly cooked. Serve over hot cooked spaghetti.
