Chicken & garden vegetable twist
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 tb Olive oil
- 1 c Broccoli chopped
- 1 c Carrots thinly sliced
- 1 cn Cream of celery soup
- 1/2 ts Garlic powder
- 1 c Skim milk
- 2 tb Parmesan cheese grated
- 2 c Corkscrew macaroni cooked
- 2 c Chicken cooked cubed
- 1 ts Basil leaves
Instructions:
dried crushed In skillet in hot oil cook broccoli and carrots with basil and garlic powder until tender stirring often. Stir in soup milk and cheese; add macaroni and chicken.
