Chef freddy's fruited chicken

Yield: 4 Servings MMM

Ingredients:

• 2 1/2 lb Chicken pieces [boneless Preferred]
• 1/2 ts Salt
• 1/4 ts Pepper
• 3 tb Vegetable oil
• 1 cn (21oz) fruit pie filling
• 1/2 c White wine [dry]
• 1/2 c Lime juice
• 1/4 c Light brown sugar [packed]
• 1/4 ts Allspice
• 1/4 ts Nutmeg
• 1/4 ts Cloves [ground]
• 1) Rinse chicken and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper

Instructions:

then brown in a skillet in the oil for 10 min. on each side drain... 2) Combine pie filling wine lime juice brown sugar and spices in a bowl and mix well... 3) Arrange chicken in a microwave safe casserole and spoon the fruit sauce over it...
