Braised kikko-chicken
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3 lb Frying chicken pieces
- 1/4 c Flour
- 2 tb Vegetable oil
- 2 Celery stalks; chunked
- 2 Carrots; chunked
- 1 md Onion; chunked
- 1/3 c Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 1/4 ts Oregano
Instructions:
crumbled Coat chicken with flour and brown in hot oil; remove. Saute celery carrots and onion in same pan 2 minutes. Combine soy sauce and oregano with 1 cup water; add to pan with chicken.
