Parmesan prawns
Yield: 6 Servings MMM
Ingredients:
- 24 md Prawns uncooked
- 1 tb Salt
- 1 1/2 tb Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tb Lemon juice
- 2 c Fine bread crumbs
- 1 c Parmesan cheese MMMMM-----------------------DIPPING BATTER----------------------------
- 2 tb Flour
- 1 tb Cornstarch
- 1 ts Oil
- 1/2 c Water
- 1 Egg
- 1 pn Salt
Instructions:
Shell the prawns and butterfly them. Season with salt Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. In a separate bowl mix the breadcrumbs and Parmesan. Dip the seasoned prawns into the DIPPING BATTER and roll them in the crumb/cheese mixture. Deep fat fry them at 350 F 2 mins until golden brown. DIPPING BATTER: Mix all ingredients together.
