Natural all wheat bread for the zojirushi
Yield: 1 Loaf
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 c Water; 110ø degrees
- 3 ts Dry yeast
- 1/3 c Honey
- 3 c Whole wheat flour
- 1/4 c Wheat gluten
- 2 ts Salt Place 3 teaspoons fo dry yeast into Home bakery pan. Add 1 1/2 cups of lukewarm water (110ø degrees). Mix with spatula until dissolved. Add
- 1/3 cup of honey and blend together with spatula. In a separate bowl
Instructions:
mix 3 cups of wheat flour and 1/4 cup of wheat gluten also add 2 t. of salt then place then ingredients into pan. Select BASIC WHEAT BREAD setting and press START.
