Ingredients:
- 8 oz Fat free pasteurized cheese -product Healthy Choice -cubed
- 12 oz Lite evaporated skim milk
- 1/2 c Onion chopped
- 12 ts Dry mustard
- 1/4 ts Pepper
- 7 oz Elbow macaroni
Instructions:
cooked (2 -cups) Heat oven to 350 F. In saucepan place cheese cubes evaporated milk onion dry mustard and pepper. Cook over medium heat stirring frequently until cheese melts. Add cooked macroni and stir to coat. Pour into a 2 qt. casserole dish. Bat at 350 f. for 30 minutes until bubbly. 6 servings each 155 calories 15 g protein 23 g carbo. fat .5 g chol. 9 mg sodium 598 mg.
