Easy mini-salmon burgers
Yield: 2 Servings
Ingredients:
- 7 1/2 oz Salmon canned
- 4 oz Saltines finely crushed
- 1 Onion finely diced
- 1 Egg
- 1 tb Lemon juice
- 2 ts Dill
- 2 ts Pepper
Instructions:
Trim canned salmon of large bones and skin as desired. Mix well with other ingredients except oil. Form into 3" x 1/2" patties and fry lightly in oil until golden brown.
