Steamed spiced shrimp
Yield: 2 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Vinegar
- 1 tb Or more of seafood seasoning
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/2 c Water
- 1 lb Shrimp
- 1) Place vinegar; seafood seasoning to taste salt and water in saucepan; bring to a boil.
- 2) Add shrimp to saucepan; toss gently. Cover tightly and steam over
Instructions:
high heat until shrimp are tender. about 2-5 minutes depending on the size of the shrimp. 3) Drain shrimp. Remove shells and devein. Serve hot or cold.
