Grated swede & carrots salad
Yield: 4 Servings MMM
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Carrots peeled and grated
- 4 Ozs swede peeled and grated
- 2 Ozs raisins MMMMM----------------------FOR THE DRESSING---------------------------
- 5 Fl oz carton natural yogurt
- 3 Level Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 Level teaspoons English -made-mustard
- 2-3 level Tablespoons -mango chutney
- 1/2 oz Flaked almonds
Instructions:
toasted Place the carrots swede and raisins in a bowl. Mix the yogurt mayonnaise mustard and chutney together and toss with the grated vegetables and raisins. Sprinkle over the flaked almonds before serving.
