Ingredients:
- 200 g Flour (1 3/4 cups)
- 2 Eggs
- 1/8 l Milk (1/2 cup plus 1/2 Tbsp)
- 1 pn Salt
- 50 g Lard (3 1/2 Tbsp)
Instructions:
Apples OR cracklings From the Ries area. Make a pancake batter and pour into a greased bread pan. Top with sliced apples or with cracklings and bake.
