Pork spareribs with potatoes
Yield: 2 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Pork spareribs cut into piec
- 2 Potatoes peeled and cubed
- 1/2 c Onion slices
- 1 tb Sherry
- 3 tb Oyster sauce
- 2 tb Soy sauce
- 1/2 ts Sugar
- 2 ts Oil
Instructions:
butter Lightly brown spareribs in hot skillet. Add oil potatoes onion and sherry and cook 5 to 10 minutes or until potatoes and onion are lightly browned. Mix in oyster sauce soy sauce and sugar and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
