- 1 c Olive oil
- 1/2 c White wine -- or vermouth Garlic -- to taste
- 1 ts Salt
- 1 ts Oregano
- 1/2 ts Thyme
- 1/4 ts Tabasco
- 1 tb Parsley Or Cilantro -- chop
- 2 Chickens -- halved
