Pistachio baked fish
Yield: 5 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Fresh or frozen fish fillets
- 1/2 c Dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 c Chopped shelled pistachios
- 2 tb Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tb Minced parsley
- 1 ts Dry mustard Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c Milk
- 2 tb Butter or margarine melted Cut fish into serving size pieces.Combine bread crumbs

Instructions:
pistachios cheese parsley mustard salt and pepper in a shallow dish.Dip fish in milk and roll in crumb mixture;place in a shallow greased baking dish.Drizzle with butter;sprinkle with remaining pistachios. Bake @ 450 degrees allowing 10 minutes per inch of thickness measured at its thickest part or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
