My pasta rabe
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3 tb Olive oil
- 4 lg Garlic cloves minced
- 1 md Onion chopped
- 1 c Mushrooms sliced
- 4 c Broccoli rabe (rappini)
- 9 oz Fresh pasta (linguini) -cooked
- 3/4 c Parmesan or romano cheese
Instructions:
Saute' garlic onion and mushrooms in olive oil until golden. Wash and chop the broccoli rabe (rappini). Steam over boiling water for 5 minutes. Toss with cooked pasta saute'ed garlic mixture and grated cheese. Serve hot. 6-8 servings.
