Mr. food's nine-spice chorizo sausage
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground pork
- 2 tb Apple cider vinegar
- 2 tb Water
- 1 tb Vegetable oil
- 1 ea Garlic clove minced
- 1 tb Paprika
- 1 1/2 ts Chili powder
- 1/2 ts Dried oregano
- 1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
- 1/4 ts Ground cloves
- 1/4 ts Ground cumin
- 1 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/2 ts Black pepper

======================================================= ============== ==== == In a large bowl combine all the ingredients; mix until thoroughly combined. Cover and chill for 3 to 4 hours. Divide the mixture into 6 equal !/2-inch-thick patties. Cook in a large nonstick skillet over low heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until no pink rema NOTE: Chilling the raw meat mixture for a few hours before cooking allows it to absorb the seasonings more thoroughly giving your finished sausage patties really rich flavor.
