Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lb Young carrots
- 8 oz Sliced apples
- 1 oz White vinegar
- 1 oz Honey
- 1 c Water
- 2 oz Butter
Instructions:
Salt & pepper Peel carrots and apples. toss in melted butter add honey and vinegar and cook for 4 minutes. Add water and boil for 20 minutes. Allow liquid to evaprate as much as possible. Season to taste.
