German cucumber salad #2
Yield: 4 Servings -
Ingredients:
- 1 lg Cucumber; thinly sliced
- 1 Onion; thinly sliced
- 2 Tomatoes; peeled thinly -sliced
- 2 tb Fresh parsley; snipped
- 1/2 c Sour cream
- 1/2 ts Prepared mustard
- 3 tb Fresh dill; minced
- 2 tb Vinegar
- 2 tb Milk
- 1/4 ts Salt
Instructions:
Pepper; to taste In a lg. bowl combine cucumbers onion tomatoes and parsley; set aside. In a separate bowl combine remaining ingredients; pour over cucumber mixture. Stir well to mix ingredients. Cover and chill at least 1 hr. Source: Home Cooking 4/96
