Cottage cheese & oil pastry (2)
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 7 oz (200g) cottage cheese (well pressed out)
- 6 tb Milk Egg
- 8 tb Oil
- 3 1/2 oz (100g) sugar
- 1 pk Vanillin sugar
- 1 pn Salt
- 14 oz (400g) plain flour
- 1 pk And 2 tsp Baking powder
Instructions:
(bakin) Rub the cottage cheese through a fine sieve if desired and mix with the milk egg oil sugar vanillin sugar and salt. Mix and sieve together the flour and the Backin and add to the mixed ingredients a little at a time until slightly more than half has been used. Knead in the rest of the flour.
