Cottage cheese & oil pastry (3)

Ingredients:
- 4 1/2 oz (125g) cottage cheese (well pressed out)
- 4 tb Milk Egg yolk
- 1/2 x Egg white
- 4 tb Oil
- 1 ts Salt
- 9 oz (250g) plain flour
- 1 pk (16g) Backin
Instructions:
rub the cottage cheese through a fine sieve if desired and mix with the milk egg yolk and 1/2 egg white oil and salt. mix and sieve together the flour and the Backin and add to the mixed ingredients a little at a time until slightly more than half has been used. Knead in the rest of the flour.
