Sauteed salmon steaks.
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/4 c Butter
- 1/4 c Apple cider
- 2 tb Prepared mustard
- 4 Fish steaks
Instructions:
Melt butter in a skillet. Spread surface of fish steaks with mustard. Add cider to butter and sautee steaks ten minutes on a side in this mixture. Also for: Any large fish steak will work. Suggestions: SUBST beer for Apple Cider. Recipe date: 11/28/87
