Plantation hot sauce #2
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Molasses
- 1/2 c Prepared mustard
- 1/2 c Vinegar or lemon juice
- 1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
- 2 ts Bottled hot pepper sauce
- 1 ts Salt
Instructions:
Blend molasses and prepared mustard; stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling. Makes enough sauce for basting 4 pounds loin back ribs or spareribs. Source: BH & G Barbecue Book 1965
