Herb marinade for vegetable kabobs
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3/4 c Olive oil
- 1/4 c White vinegar or lemon juice
- 2 Garlic cloves minced
- 1 ts Dijon mustard
- 1/2 ts Basil
- 1/2 ts Oregano
- 1/2 ts Marjoram
- 1/2 ts Rosemary
- 1/4 ts Pepper
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Makes one cup.
