Whole wheat cinnamon raisin
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 7/8 c To 1 cup + 1 tablespoon Buttermilk
- 1 Egg
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/3 c Butter or margarine
- 3 tb Brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c Bread flour
- 1 1/2 c Whole wheat flour
- 2 tb To 3 tablespoons gluten -- Optional
- 2/3 c Raisins
- 1 ts Cinnamon
- 2 ts Active dry yeast
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in bread pan select Light Crust setting and press Start. After baking cycle ends remove from pan place on cake rack and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing. The above measurements are for a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
