Veg-all casserole (m_c-tx)
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 cn Veg-all (drained)
- 1 c Chopped celery
- 1/2 c Sliced water chestnuts
- 1/2 c Chopped onion
- 1/2 c Grated cheddar cheese
- 1 c Mayonnaise
Instructions:
Place in buttered casserole. Cut up one stick oleo and place on top. Crumble Ritz crackers on top. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
