Ten minute fried rice
Yield: 2 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 c Minute Rice-uncooked
- 1 tb Margarine
- 2 tb Carrots-shredded
- 2 tb Walnuts-chopped (or Almonds)
- 1 c Water
- 1 tb Soy Sauce-light
- 1 tb Celery-chopped
- 1/4 c Ham
Instructions:
pork chicken shrimp* * Cooked and Diced used 2 cups for main dish. 1. Sautee uncooked Minute Rice in margarine. 2. Stir in Soy Sauce 3. Stir in water; let boil 4. Add shredded carrots chopped meats celery and nuts. Cover. Remove from heat. Serve in 5 minutes. 5. Good for left overs.
