Quick dill pickles in a crock
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 qt Water
- 1 c Salt
- 1 qt Cider vinegar
- 1 tb Dill seed
- 2 Garlic cloves
Instructions:
Peeled and sliced Cucumbers Mix all ingredients together and bring to boil. Pour over washed cucumbers and store in jar or crock. Ready to eat in 2 days. PAUL MONTGOMERIE (NZQM86A)
