Second time around veal stew "normandy style"




Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:

Instructions:

-- : peeled cored & cut into : 1/2" dices 1/2 c apple cider 1/2 veal stew from above 4 kirby cucumbers -- seeded & : diced into 3/4" cross= : piece 1/4 c cream -- optional Saute apple in butter until almost tender. Add the apple cider and reduce until almost entirely absorbed by the apples. Add the veal stew and cream and bring to a simmer.
