Vegetarian lasagne

Ingredients:
- 10 oz Pkg frozen spinach
Instructions:
thawed 1/2 c Grated Parmesan cheese -and drained Salt pepper onion powder 1/2 Box lasagne noodles cooked -garlic powder -and drained 1 c Grated Mozzarella cheese 2 Eggs 1 Large-ish jar prepared 1 lb (or close to it) pkg Ricotta -spaghetti sauce OR about 2 -cheese (sometimes they come -c of homemade -that's ok) From: Freddi Michael This has pleased many meat eaters at my table. It's quite hearty. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Beat eggs. Beat in Ricotta cheese until smooth. Stir in the Parmesan and spinach. Season with salt pepper onion powder and garlic powder. In loaf pan place a thin layer of tomato sauce. Layer 1/2 each
