Taos honey lemon dressing
Yield: 2 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lemon
- 1 c honey
- 1/2 c unseasoned rice vinegar
- 1/4 c peanut oil
- 1 ts pure red chile powder
Instructions:
Zest the lemon being careful not to include any of the bitter white part. Finely mince the zest. Squeeze the lemon juice into a bowl and add the zest and remaining ingredients. Combine well and chill. Typos by Brenda Adams
