Tangy vietnamese-style marinade

Ingredients:
- 2 Garlic cloves; crushed
- 3 Shallots; minced
- 1/4 c Peanut oil
- 3 tb Nuoc mam sauce
- 2 tb Sugar
- 1/4 ts Bouillon powder
- 1/4 ts Freshly ground pepper
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 3/4 cup
